Nexbyte Technologies ("Nexbyte", "we", "us") is a software company at 43 College Area, Dhanmondi - 3, New Market, Dhaka – 1205, Bangladesh. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through nexbyte.com.bd and the forms on it.

Information you give us: when you send a contact, demo, partner or job application form, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect what you type in, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the product or service you are interested in, your message, and any file you attach (for example a project brief or a CV).
Information collected automatically: our web server records standard technical data for every request (IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit). We use it to keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange the demo you asked for, assess a partner or job application, send the newsletter you signed up for, and keep the website secure. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

8. Your rights
