You may browse the website and share links to it. You must not misuse it: for example, do not try to break its security, send spam or harmful files through its forms, or copy large parts of it for another website.

We work to keep the information on the website accurate, but product features, prices, calculator estimates and delivery times are shown for planning only. The final scope and price are confirmed in your written quotation.

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, VAT and renewal conditions for each product or project are set out in its quotation or invoice.

The Nexbyte name, logos, website design, text and graphics belong to Nexbyte Technologies. Ownership of custom software we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement.

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Nexbyte is not liable for any indirect loss caused by using the website or relying on its content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
