What you will work on
You will run the infrastructure behind Nexbyte Cloud Hosting, Call Center and Bulk SMS. You will automate deployments, improve monitoring and help product teams ship safely.
What you will do
- Manage Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters and networks
- Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Set up monitoring, alerts and on-call runbooks
- Plan backups, disaster recovery and security patches
- Help reduce cloud costs without losing reliability
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in DevOps or site reliability roles
- Strong Linux, Docker and Kubernetes skills
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible
- Calm, clear communication during incidents
Nice to have
- VoIP, Asterisk or SIP experience
- AWS or Google Cloud certification
- Experience running data centers in Bangladesh
