Design clear, fast interfaces for ERP, call center and messaging products used by thousands of people.
What you will work on
You will own the user experience of one or two Nexbyte products, from research to final screens. You will work with engineers every day and see your designs ship within weeks.
What you will do
- Run user interviews and usability tests with real customers
- Turn complex workflows into simple screens and flows
- Maintain and grow the Nexbyte design system in Figma
- Write clear specs and review builds with engineers
- Design for mobile first, in Bangla and English
What we are looking for
- 3+ years designing web or mobile products
- A portfolio that shows your process, not only final screens
- Strong Figma and prototyping skills
- Good understanding of accessibility and responsive design
Nice to have
- Experience with dashboards or B2B software
- Motion design or illustration skills
- Basic HTML and CSS
